Hello, I have a problem and I can't find any solution or support from the official team, so I'm trying to contact you.
I've been a WeMod member since 2018, paying annually, and using it on my main computer until a few days ago.
However, while I was on vacation, I wanted to install the application on my laptop, but I got an error about an incorrect password. Well, I tried several, but nothing.
Surprising, but I figured too bad, I'll forget my password.
Except now, when I enter my email address, it tells me that no account exists with that email, even though that's not possible. The account was still working until a few days ago, and I even still have the invoices and all the emails from 2018 (even though it's true that I haven't received any emails from WeMod since 2025).
Also, I pay my annual subscription on August 16th. However, I haven't received any renewal emails this month, so maybe there's a link?
I also changed my credit card two months ago, maybe...
Anyway, I'm completely blocked because my account has disappeared. If anyone has a solution, please...
