Hi, I was using my mods for Grounded 2 up to about 4 days ago, when I noticed that with the mods active in the game I'm unable to walk. I've tried turning off certain mods to see if that fixes the issue, I've verified my steam files, done a reinstall of wemod and it still is having this issue. The mods themselves seem to be working, but for whatever reason make it so I am unable to move around in the game other than trying to jump everywhere. If I don't activate the mods, I can move around as normal. I've followed the boot instructions for the mods too, the same issue occurs whether I boot the mods in the main menu screen or when I've booted up the save itself.

We totally understand. Have you tried launching the game initially and waiting until you can freely navigate within the game world before opening the mods by clicking PLAY on the WeMod app? If that doesn’t work, try launching the game first, and once you are on the main menu, open the mods by clicking PLAY again.
I have just tried both of these suggestions. Main menu - as soon as I load in I am stuck walking on the spot.
Loading once I am in and navigating - the moment the mods load I am stuck in place, just walking on the spot. My character will stop dead
I have also attempted both suggestions on a new single player save file, in case my original SP save was corrupt somehow. But I experience the same issue
@idle rapids What is your walk speed multiplier set too
I haven't altered the walk speed when using the mods, only used the no fall damage in that section of options
Got it. Are you using other modding tool alongside wemod app?
No, just Wemod. No nexus mods or anything of the like
I know its something between Wemod and the game. I just can't pin point what. I've used Wemod for other games without any trouble, its just this specific game. I even did a reinstall of Grounded 2, not just file verifications
Apologies for the hassle. Although I don’t own the game myself, I wanted to suggest a potential workaround. If the game has a save slot feature, you could try creating a new save game and then attempt to use the trainer to see if it works.
I did try that a few days ago. I created a new singleplayer save, I came across the same issue unfortunately. I wanted to rule out a corrupt save file
We have reported the issue to the team, and they’ll have someone test it. We’ll get back to you as soon as we get updates.
Thank you, I appreciate that. If there's anything I can do in the meantime, let me know. I can always boot it up and screen capture what is happening when I get home later today
So I don't know what magically changed, but I decided on the off chance I would uninstall and reinstall both wemod and Grounded 2. I wasn't expecting anything, but it suddenly works as intended again. How that makes sense, I don't know since I had tried a new install of both items already. Oh well, seems to have sorted itself though
