Subnautica "Easy Crafting" Mod Stopped Working (2025)

Everything was working fine until the new Patch 2025 dropped and auto-updated the game. I checked all other mods and they are working fine. Only "Easy Crafting" isn't.

Hi there! Just to clarify—are you able to activate the mods, but they're having no effect in the game?

When you press the hotkey for it, "F7" would be default, it will turn on about a millisecond, then turn back off.

This is normal WebMod behavior for games that run on a different version than what the mod was made for. I've experienced this behavior on so many other games before. But this is the first time I actually reported one.

Subnautica Patch 2025 was rolled out yesterday but I was playing when it did so Steam didn't update the game yet. When I played it ealier today, that's when I noticed the update and eventually, the mod issue.

So, yeah... to clarify - the other mods (infinite health, infinite oxygen, infinite food, infinite water, infinite battery, and easy building) will turn on just fine and work as expected. Actually, not sure yet about "easy building" - I'll check later.

Okay... so, I checked. After unlimited food, there's "super swimming speed" and it's working just fine. Also, "easy construction", not easy building, is working, too. So, ONLY "easy crafting" isn't working.

Confirmed! I downgraded my copy back to March 2023 (using the Beta option in Steam) and "Easy Crafting" works. Upgrading it back to Patch 2025 breaks it. Just updating you. Thanks!

This is noted. No worries, Currently, the trainer is #26 in the queue for updating. You can view the queue list by navigating to Upcoming within the WeMod app. If you want to receive a notification once the trainer has completed its update, hit the Notify me button on the trainer within the WeMod app. Also, if you’re a Pro member, you can influence its queue status using Boost.
