I don't know which of the above is causing the issue. What happens is that if WeMod is installed with the above mods running then I can't interract with crafting stations. The mods are working - its just the interraction bugs out completely, also and probably more importantly the game doesn't register kills on quest objectives. If I stop Wemod running and verify the game files then it all runs as expected but running WeMod again will get the issue back. Bit of a weird one and its not insurmountable to just turn off WeMod for a few minutes and then reenable it. Just odd and I thought I had better report it .

Thanks for the report! A few questions to help us try to replicate the issue.

  • Does the interaction bug happen with all crafting stations or only certain types?
  • For the quest kills not registering, does it happen in all quests or just specific ones?
  • Have you noticed if the issue starts immediately after enabling WeMod, or only after a certain action in-game?

Problem only occurs after certain actions. I narrowed it down to the issue occuring after a quest requires me to make something at a crafting station (in my testing the quest was to make a bow at the hunting lodge) - simply couldn't interract at all with the workstation until I switched off We Mod completely revalidated the game and reloaded in without it. This is in spite of having made a bow there before when not required by a quest to do so. Tried a few times and this was the only fix with the above mods running (I have read that one shot kills may be the culprit but only spotted that today so haven't had occasion to test it). So anyway - made the bow eventually and reenabled WeMod. Quests that require a certain number of kills don't work if these mods are active. I tried on more than one quest - you can merrily depopulate the entire region of white tailed eagles for example, without a single kill registering as completed in the quest - Shut down WeMod, revalidate and then reload in and reload a save and every kill registers. Just shutting down WeMod doesn't seem to work but revalidating does.

Ok got around to testing again. This time I didn't enable One shot kills - and I didn't have the above listed issues. I could interact with workstations on quests and also quest required kills registered correctly. So whoever mentioned One Shot Kills being the problem was spot on.
