The game shows the max perk limit has been increased to 99. However you can only activate 2 + Molar Upgrades so the mod doesn't work as intended.

Hey! We totally understand your concern. Although I don’t own the game myself, I wanted to suggest a potential workaround. If the game has a save slot feature, you could try creating a new save game and then attempt to use the trainer to see if it works.

Looks like it's the same issue even starting a new world with the mod active before creating the world
