I recently formatted my PC to clean drivers and Windows errors since I couldn't play properly. The problem is that I don't remember what account I had in the WeMod application or if there was an account, but I bought a premium month last month and now I've been charged for the second month. I don't know if any moderators could help me recover my WeMod Premium.
