trying to load mods just makes it get stuck on the "loading mods"

ive turned off anti-virus, ive reinstalled, did a fully wipe of the files, reinstalled .net and nothing is working, it happens on both xbox and steam games and im getting kind of frustrated

its not that it just dosent work at all on any trainer

Some issues are often resolved by reinstalling WeMod. Could you try following these steps?

1.Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall WeMod.
2.Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\WeMod
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\WeMod
3.Restart your PC.
4.Reinstall WeMod by downloading from: https://api.wemod.com/client/download

Start the game from Steam and wait until it's fully loaded and you can move around. Once you're in, open WeMod and hit "PLAY" to activate the mods.

none at all

i only really care about getting the grounded 2 trainer working right now but even if i load into the menu and try the mods from there it doesnt work and if i load into a saved a game it doesnt work either, ive also tried launching it from the wemod app

Hmm. Please try removing any leftover WeMod-related files from your PC. Make sure to delete the WeMod folder from AppData and anything Squirrel-related from the temp folder. After that, restart your computer.

Then, download and install WeMod using the offline installer here:
https://api.wemod.com/client/download

Try running the installer as an admin to make sure it has the right permissions. Let us know if that helps.
