Enshrouded How can i lower my level?

Hi, so ive played the game for a while, and wanted to increase my level by like 2, and i didnt understand how the "edit exp" worked, and suddenly i gained to many levels and im now severely overleveled, is there a way to lower my level and go back to where i was? id rather not delete my character since i was like level 14.
