No mods, single player, I get a Fatal Error! Message that has a header saying UE4 has crashed. Every mod option crashes after awhile, if its a speed mod or damage mod it shows crash message faster. Mods work fine and immediately until it crashes.

It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:
- C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\WeMod

• C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

So I whitelisted both of those folders and after about ten minutes got the same error. It's just a box that says Fatal Error! and at the top just says UE4 has crashed! Game will...
