Lies of P (All DLC donwloaded) DLC not triggering or not Found??

After getting into the game and beating it or getting to chapter 9 and beating the corrupted puppet master I cannot trigger or get the item i need to access the dlc its in the files but wont trigger?? I tried to restart and redonwload it but no avail.

Hey @violet garnet If you have a previous save, I’d recommend going back to see if you might have accidentally bypassed a boss cutscene. Sometimes using features like one-hit kills can disrupt progression in certain games.

I started from scratch new save file im pervouslly have beaten the game on ps5 so ik all the stuff but for some reeason the dlc wont trigger

When activatiin we mod i also get an error
