You don't really provide support. You launched the "helper" just so the support guy will tell me exactly what the helper did only for them to tell me for like the 5th game with bugs on their trainer "Sucks to be you"? If you wouldnt charge that would have been understandble but its not. what are you paying people for? To do nothing? I want a refund.

I’m really sorry you’ve had a frustrating experience, that’s not what we want for anyone. I understand how it feels when things don’t work as expected. If you'd like, I can reopen your ticket and personally help troubleshoot again to see if we can get things working. Or if you prefer, feel free to reach out to support@wemod.com for a refund.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, we genuinely appreciate it.

Why do I always need to escalate things? Why can't the people you hired to do their job properly? Using your mods is like Russian roulette, some things work, some things don't and good luck with what doesn't

I understand how frustrating this must be. We never want using WeMod to feel like a gamble, and it’s clear we’ve let you down here. Our team works hard to support as many games and updates as possible, but sometimes things slip through or behave differently on certain setups.. and that’s not an excuse, just an explanation. If you're open to it, we’d be happy to take another look on what's not working right now. Your feedback is valid and appreciated, and we’re committed to doing better.

I do understand the possibility of something not working sometimes, what I don't understand is why I had free trainer from the same source (FLiG) that worked great and through WeMod it didn't work, why only after I escalate things I get normal support service?

I want you to do better and make sure that the people you hire are actually doing their job properly because right now I can do a better job then they do and I will very much will consider renewing your subscription.

@humble pine I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. That said I want to clarify a few things respectfully.

Our team is dedicated to supporting a wide range of games and setups, and we take pride in the work our team of testers and support staff put in every day. The vast majority of users are able to run trainers without issues and when problems do arise they are often related to local factors like game file corruption, third party interference or outdated system configurations not neglect or incompetence from our staff.

We’re always open to constructive feedback, but it’s important to keep the conversation respectful. Our team is here to help, and personal attacks don’t contribute to resolving the issue or improving the experience for anyone involved.

If you’re still open to it, we’d be happy to take another look and walk you through some troubleshooting steps to identify what’s going wrong on your end.

I am being respectful, it's how I feel.
I'll be glad to give troubleshooting more.
I just don't understand why I have to escalate things in order for you to have another look at it.

The majority of cases like this tend to be isolated to the user’s system not due to any defect in our app or trainers, but because of external factors that affect how the PC communicates with WeMod.

Things like corrupted Windows files, background antivirus interference, faulty RAM, or other system issues can all impact trainer functionality. In some cases, these problems occur without any clear warning signs. Additionally using cracked games or downloading unverified software from sites can compromise system stability, making it much harder to pinpoint the root cause.

We’re always happy to help investigate further but we want to set realistic expectations the issue may stem from the environment it’s running on rather than the app itself.
