I've done some testings, infinite SP works when infinite HP is on but it won't work as a standalone.

Hey @proven stream Can you try verifying the game files on Steam first? Just right-click the game in your Library, go to Properties > Installed Files, and click “Verify integrity of game files.” After that, switch Steam to offline mode and then launch the game.

Hi!Although I don’t own the game myself, I wanted to suggest a potential workaround. If the game has a save slot feature, you could try creating a new save game and then attempt to use the trainer to see if it works.

Hey Sephyy, thanks for sharing this tip, but I've tried that too 😦 on another save, and even going so far as to reinstalling the game and porting over previous saves.
