so i've tried starting with options toggled on and off. Tried starting the game through wemod and also starting wemod after game boot

yes...mods toggled with no effect. verified this muliple ways i.e, activitation mods individually and checking in game

1.Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall WeMod.
2.Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\WeMod
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\WeMod
3.Restart your PC.
4.Reinstall WeMod by downloading from: https://api.wemod.com/client/download

yes, i uninstalled and reinstalled today. All the trouble shooting suggested by the program help was completed today.

when i bought the game through steam, i was prompted to link the game to ubisoft. Would that have anything to do with it?
