Hello, I bought CIV 6 platinum for free from Epic and then I wanted to play it with WeMod, but I encounter the following problem. I click on "Start the Game" in WeMod, then I wait for a while, the game opens but the mods do not open, then I wait a little more and a message appears saying "We are having trouble starting the game" and it asks me to try again. I try but I get the same result. The game opens but the mods do not open, please help. @prisma sandal

Hi There, can you try opening the game first on Epic, wait until you're in the main menu then hit the Play button on Wemod.

I had Windows Defender but I turned it off.

Can you try shutting down Epic and Wemod from your system tray and run both as adminstrator and try launching the game from Epic first before hitting play on Wemod.

1.Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall WeMod.
2.Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\WeMod
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\WeMod
3.Restart your PC.
4.Reinstall WeMod by downloading from: https://api.wemod.com/client/download
