To avoid issues, you can tell Windows Defender to ignore WeMod’s folders.

Here’s how:

Open Windows Security (search for it in the Start menu).,
Go to Virus & threat protection.,
Click Manage settings under Virus & threat protection settings.,
Scroll down and click Add or remove exclusions under Exclusions.,
Click Add an exclusion, then choose Folder.,
Add these two folders one by one:-C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\WeMod-C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

they are seperet i can play generals zero hour on steam. for genlauncher i can play it's mods with out playing zero houre and most of all i never use wemod on genlauncher

If you get the chance, try fully uninstalling the game along with any other mods you’re using. After that, reinstall WeMod and see if that helps.

2.Find and delete these folders:

If you haven’t already, try setting Steam to offline mode, then launch the game from Steam. Once you can move the character in the game, switch to WeMod, click "Play," and then try using the mods again.

Although I don’t own the game myself, I wanted to suggest a potential workaround. If the game has a save slot feature, you could try creating a new save game and then attempt to use the trainer to see if it works.
