The problem is that WeMod for HOI4 is a bit bugged. I mean that when you play with all cheats enabled, for example, "immediate declaration of war" does not work or when we are waiting for the moment when we can attack a country through a declaration, the political power automatically drops to 0. There are a lot of such bugs, which spoils the game a lot.
