Hi there, can you check which game source is selected by default on your Wemod app?
I did that, it says Origins but it's the EA app
It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:
- C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\WeMod
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

I tried whitelisting WeMod, but it didn't seem to work T-T
I pressed alt+f4 and plugged in my xbox controller instead and changed the game's settings to gamepad and now I can play, not sure why it still locks my keyboard in keyboard+mouse mode though?

Yup, I've also let it rest for a good 24 hours in case it was overheating

Which option? The game locks the keyboard when using WeMod with keyboard and mouse, but it doesn't lock my controller when I switch the settings to gamepad

Ah, I did that and when on keyboard+mouse input it locks the keyboard and mouse when I turn on WeMod
Apologies for the hassle. Please try to find and remove any WeMod-related files from your PC. Also, delete WeMod from the AppData directory and Squirrel from the temp folder. Then, restart your computer and attempt to reinstall.
Download and install the WeMod offline installer: https://api.wemod.com/client/download
Then try running the installer as an administrator to give it the necessary permissions. See if it helps.
