So when I open my game. The overlay doesn't appear I've checked my settings twice over and even redownloaded the wemod app and even validated my game on discord like instructed and it still doesn't appear

Have you tried disabling any other overlays like steam, game bar, obs etc

Give it a shot and also try changing from fullscreen to windowed and see if it still doesn't appear.
