Can you try verifying the game files on Steam. Go to your library, then right-click the game. Select Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files. Wait for the process to finish. Start the game on Steam and load your game save. Click Play on WeMod once you can move your character in the game.

yes verified successfully and I can play the game without using WeMod.

This is the error I get when I try to start the game with WeMod

I have also tried adding the game "exe" to the play menu but to no avail

Can you try setting Steam to offline mode and launch the game through Steam and wait until your in the game world before hitting Play on Wemod?

try this, boot game through steam then once it has loaded, click play in the trainer (In the clip, I use a game that gives me issues unless I use this specific load order)

yea it doesn't work for this one game

I made a new profile though and tested it there and it works fine so I think it has something to do with the profile. 🤷‍♂️

That would be possible as your saved file might be corrupted
