I am running a mod for Real Flags, but nothing else. The hotkeys are not working. I have tried to remap to a different key, as well as using the Default HotKeys. Still No Luck.

@cunning eagle Just to check, are you using the numpad keys for hotkeys?

I've tried Numpad (default values), and that was not working. I then recapped to a keyboard letter not used in game, and it didn't work either.

I can test later. In the past with other games, I have used Hotkeys with no issues, buts its been a while since I used hotkays.

Update. I tried FF7 Remake, and the Hot keys are not working there either. It looks like no hotkeys are working for me, not just this game. Is there a setting in WeMod somewhere that you can enable/disable hotkeys? Wonder if that is my issue? I tried Keyboard Tester and my numpad inputs are working just fine. I have Logitech Wireless Keyboard.

Update... There is a setting, and somehow I turned on the disable hotkeys. I re-enabled the keys, and it is working now. Sorry for the fuss.
