Hello! Although I don’t own the game myself, I wanted to suggest a potential workaround. If the game has a save slot feature, you could try creating a new save game and then attempt to use the trainer to see if it works.

The workaround did not work. When i add money it adds 0 coins

Started a new game, even uninstalled and re-installed game. Does not work.
