So apparently I tried to add experience mod in Witcher 3 The Wild Hunt Campaign a steam game while in inventory. However, once I exited and reloaded it, it seems experience was added but I’m still at level 1 it might be not working due to bugged issue or mod outdated. Can there be a fix for this problem/issue as soon as possible?

Hi! To assist you better, could you please share a few details?

Are you using any other mods alongside WeMod?
Are you using DX12?

WeMod is the only one im activating all the mods for.
No I’m not using DX12.

Unfortunately, the mods only work with DX12. Can you try switching to DX12 and see if that helps?

no worries! you can follow the steps below:

Open your Steam Library.
Right-click the game and select “Properties”
In the “General” tab, scroll down to “Launch Options.”
In the box, type: -dx12

The Add Experience mod is still not working.

Try verifying the game files on Steam. Go to your library, then right-click the game. Select Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files. Wait for the process to finish.

Start the game on Steam and load your game save. Wait until you can move in the game before you click Play on WeMod then try the mods again.

I verified integrity of game files and the process finished. I started the game through steam while loading my game save. I moved around then clicked on play WeMod but the Add Experience mod is still not working.

You just have to accept the fact that the Experience mod for the Witcher 3 is broken and must be fixed ASAP what more do you need to know?

I’ve just received an update from the team. They were initially able to reproduce the issue but also identified the expected behavior of the "Add Exp" feature. A new note has been added to the trainer to reflect this clarification.
