I have reinstalled, disable firewall and antivirus, gotten older versions

Have you tried reinstalling WeMod this way?

1.Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall WeMod.
2.Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\WeMod
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\WeMod
3.Restart your PC.
4.Reinstall WeMod by downloading from: https://api.wemod.com/client/download

If the steps above did not work it's likely something on your network or antivirus blocking the program.
