I don't like the bot because it doesn't connect you to a real person to help solve the issue.
Hey @zealous owl, sorry to hear about that. The troubleshooting steps provided are the same ones we recommend before testing. If you still experience issues after completing them, feel free to create a support ticket so we can investigate further.
yeah that ain't happenin log in for ex amount of days then you can create a support ticket. unlimited dragon souls breaks all stealth movement in Skyrim, I cancelled my subscription because you have become AI orientated with no human help on the actual Wemod app.

We've never had support directly through the app (we are looking into it). The AI assistant is a quick way to troubleshoot issues and is the same info we ask for when creating a ticket or thread in support. This makes it quicker for our support team to assist you.
The AI can not fix a broken mod and that makes it null and void it can only offer tips to fix certain things but when a mod is breaking a game then the AI is completely useless.
The chatbot can help solve some issues with troubleshooting. If it can't solve them (like with broken mods) then it will help you create a support ticket with our team so you get help faster. Overall, it has enabled us to help more people faster. Sorry that you're having trouble with it.
