I've tried both ways and thought maybe I used my other email, so I tried that log in also

Double check that you are signing into the email thats received the receipt for purchasing pro. Confirm its the yearly and not monthly option that you paid for.

I checked my paypal, there is a charge on May 13th this year for £45.99
