hello i got it in epic game store but it work well before 2 days ago
no mods and single player
no error messages and mods is gode mode no hunger infinity stamina no radiation and no bleeding

It seems like the trainer for this game is currently in queue for update.
In the meantime, can you try setting the Steam to offline mode and restart the game?

i believe patch 1.5 has broken the mod compatibility by the looks of things .. I'm also waiting for the update.. problem ive got is i modded it from beginning for an easy play through and exploration.. so therefore i am well underpowered and under experienced with the game mechanics to be able to play without haha! sucks to be me..

Currently, the trainer is #4 in the queue for updating. You can view the queue list by navigating to Upcoming within the WeMod app. If you want to receive a notification once the trainer has completed its update, hit the Notify me button on the trainer within the WeMod app. Also, if you’re a Pro member, you can influence its queue status using Boost.
