Is it safe to use it on Skirmish Vs AI?

According the a user on the forums, skirmish is not safe to use the mods in.

That is what it sounds like. I would check steam discussion but he said people are reporting being restricted from certain game modes if you play skirmish with mods

I just tried it, it works on campaign only, prbly wont try on skirmish because it is considered online rn
