I was playing Jedi: Fallen Order and was out of heals, so I used the WeMod infinite health to give me full health then turned it off, but the infinite health remained, I exited the game, closed WeMod, the issue was still there, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, the issue remained.

We totally understand your concern. Possible that the mods was added permanently and cannot be reversed. Although I don’t own the game myself, I wanted to suggest a potential workaround. If the game has a save slot feature, you could try creating a new save game and then attempt to use the trainer to see if it works.
