I pay for WeMod but my account is no longer classified as Pro

I have just noticed that I am no longer registered as a Pro User in WeMod although I am still paying for it. I'm not sure why, can someone take a look? Username is UraiFen4444. If in doubt, I can of course provide proof (bank statement of the payment).
