I wasn't able to send an email at all

do you receive any sort of error message or a failed to send notice?
nope. it just doesn't do anything when i click the 'send an email' button
Are you using a third party app for your mail? Have you tried through a browser or a phone?
tried through the WeMod app, on my phone, and through my browser.
discord link worked just fine, but the email button did nothing at all
Have you tried restarting your PC?
If you use outlook it should look like that.
i use gmail, but i just turned on my PC to try to figure out my billing issue.
