Thanks for clarifying. Although I don’t own the game myself, I wanted to suggest a potential workaround. If the game has a save slot feature, you could try creating a new save game and then attempt to use the trainer to see if it works.

try to Verify integrity Files by right-clicking on the game and click Properties. Click on the Installed Files. Click on Verify Integrity of Game Files. Then force quit/close the WeMod App then re-launch the apps.
