I can't install wemod

Hello everyone, I live in Russia, I decided to install wemode, but for some reason I have endless downloads and even vpn does not help and at the end it gives an error

Hello! Please try to find and remove any WeMod-related files from your PC. Also, delete WeMod from the AppData directory and Squirrel from the temp folder. Then, restart your computer and attempt to reinstall.

Download and install the WeMod offline installer: https://api.wemod.com/client/download

Then try running the installer as an administrator to give it the necessary permissions. See if it helps.
