every time i hit play on wemod it keeps saying loading but doesnt launch security breach at all, any possible way to fix this?

i purchased the game on steam, im not using any mods beside wemod, i do not know how to tell if im on singleplayer or multiplayer mode, i dont see any error messages, and its not the mods that arent working, when i hit play on wemod it constantly says loading mods for the entire time its open,

1.Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall WeMod.
2.Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\WeMod
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\WeMod
3.Restart your PC.
4.Reinstall WeMod by downloading from: https://api.wemod.com/client/download
