Is it just DS2 or DS 2 Scholar of the First Sin? in the meantime, try restarting your PC and launch the game by clicking Play on WeMod.

How are you launching the game? is it through WeMod or Steam?

If you haven't already, try verifying the game files on Steam. Go to your library, then right-click the game. Select Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files. Wait for the process to finish.

Start the game on Steam and load your game save. Wait until you can move in the game before you click Play on WeMod.
