When attempting to use the mod, it will zero out either a skill or a primary value such as health, stamina, or magika. If it zeros out a skill, you can't train the skill beyond its current level. If it zeros out a primary value, be prepared to die immediately if its health or stamina or not be able to cast spells if its magika. The easiest solve is to just not use those mods, otherwise you have to hope you notice it in time to restart your character from before you used the mod.

Although I don’t own the game myself, I wanted to suggest a potential workaround. If the game has a save slot feature, you could try creating a new save game and then attempt to use the trainer to see if it works.

I did create a new game and just didnt use the cheats. The glitch didnt appear. I just cant go back to the other save nor use the two mods in my current game or run the risk of it breaking again
