I know I probably wont get banned if I use wemod in a singleplayer mode but if I use it in a local server will I get banned?

When your Local Server has VAC disabled, you should be fine

But yeah as you already mentioned, its only for Singleplayer. So even if it would work, features can/get broken

Idk, i guess when you disable VAC on your Server you should be fine. So then you are playing on a insecure Server

"As long as you do not use on secure servers and or break any rules dictated by Valve, you should have no worries about a VAC ban. Just one key note tho. if you are going to make it public, it would be wise to inform such players of your intentions or this would be unfair to those unknowing individuals. "
