No I am not using any other mods only using the we mods desktop app for windows 11

No I am using them in offline single player story mode for the rockstar games like gta v if and rdr2 I have battle eyes disabled
It’s just gta iv the unlimited health doesn’t work I still get killed if there’s an explosion like a car or rocket launcher or grenade that kills me

I see, so when the unlimited health mod is activated, you're still receiving damage from explosion but not from other sources? Am I correct?

It's been a decade I think since I finished the game and haven't touched it since but just to confirm, the blue hp bar is the armor right? I think the mod only works for the green bar which is the HP

Just test it out and unlimited health doesn’t work and I noticed that when I have no wanted level on I still get a wanted level

You're welcome, can't really say for sure since there is a lot to consider when making mods but yeah, if it's doable then there will be a fix

I don’t have gta Iv for steam i bought it on the rockstar games launcher and the gta v enhanced trailer when I go to turn on god mode and other things in the trailer they turn off right away

@sharp dock Just wanted to give you a bit of a update I know you said that the testers are gonna look in to the issue with gta I’ve unlimited health I went and uninstalled wemods and reinstalled loaded into gta iv uninstalled health worked briefly then ones I logged off and reloaded back in uninstalled health went back to damaging me
