Hello, I’m currently experiencing a recurring issue with WeMod. When attempting to launch the game, it crashes consistently. I’ve tried multiple approaches, including launching the game before and after starting WeMod, but the problem persists. I’m able to load into a campaign, but once WeMod is activated, the game crashes immediately. I tried deactivating the Anti-Virus as first suspect. But that was not helpfull.

Any assistance or troubleshooting advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

-Are you using any other mods alongside WeMod?
-Are you playing in single-player or multiplayer mode?
-Do you see any error messages?
-Which specific mod options aren’t working for you?

Of course :

  • Purchased it on Steam
  • No only this one
  • single-player game
  • no, not from the game itself.
  • None are, it crashes instantly after loading.

Hi there @lucid linden, can you try setting the game to windowed fullscreen/ borderless then turn off the overlay on the Wemod app by clicking the slider on the top right?

Hello @steep stratus , I tried sadly did not work.

I did notice there was a small patch on the 3rd. Maybe that is the cause ?

try to Verify integrity Files by right-clicking on the game and click Properties. Click on the Installed Files. Click on Verify Integrity of Game Files. Then force quit/close the WeMod App then re-launch the apps.

Thanks for the tipp @sterile walrus It sadly did not work either.

@sterile walrus I am using Bitdefender. I gave it all the allowances though for Wemod !
