Bug rdr2 ?

I want to ask why the mod in rdr2: (keep items)or (set money) doesn't work are you guys working on it or is it the first time you guys hearing this ?

5. Unlimited items and Set money. Also i just noticed that unlimited health doesn't work properly either i died multiple times from machete and tomahawks and when i die my screen is bugged and can't do anything and have to restart to whole game every time this happens.
