I looked around on the site and all over some other forums and I couldn't get a straight answer. Is it possible to add a timestamp to a previously unlocked achievement on horizon? Or is this not possible at all?

Hmm maybe you can't do it with Horizon then. Le fluffy might allow you to do (if you can still find a working copy).
