The game keeps getting capped at 45 fps when i play with wemod i run it at 90 fps before wemod

The game keeps getting capped at 45 fps when i play with wemod i run it at 90 fps before wemod
oh nvm it was rivatuner i had it capped at 90 and for some reason game started running at half of that when activating wemod
disabling the framelimit and turning it back on in rivatuner got it working again at 90fps
