I scanned WeMod and all the modding frameworks on different antiviruses and it has been classed as a Virus.
In the screenshot there is the modding framework being classed as malware. (This in only one of the antiviruses I have tested this on) PS. I renamed the modding framework so ignore the name of the bypass on the bottom, the one on top is named originally from when it first got installed. (PHASMOPHOBIA ANTI - CHEAT BYPASSING SYSTEM)
I installed it directly from WeMods official app.

Hey there,
The bypass injects to another process and modifies it which is a pretty big red flag for almost every anti-virus. The bypass has not changed since it was released and is safe to use.

Not really sure what you want me to provide. We've been offering PC mods since 2015 and Xbox mods for 6 years before that.

All I currently ask is why is the bypass necessary in some games while some don't require one?

It is quite rare and they only added it to phasmophobia because people were ruining multiplayer

Well idk how they should fixxed that. They could remove the Bypass, but then you cant cheat at all. Thats something Phasmo needs to fix, by adding a real Anticheat and not just some basic checks
