Fh4 being prevented to play even tho mods are off

@rapid berry You will need to kill off the task through the task manager or uninstall it from the game bar or the widget store

If it just turns itself back on you can just uninstall the overlay. It takes 30 seconds to reinstall.

You need to close it through the game bar, not through task manager. If you do it through task manager the game bar will restart the process.
