If you're asking about other mods like WeMod, No i don't. Im using mods from the steam workshop, but they're some basic things, they doesn't change the overall game.

try to Verify integrity Files by right-clicking on the game and click Properties. Click on the Installed Files. Click on Verify Integrity of Game Files. Then force quit/close the WeMod App then re-launch the apps.
No the thing is I've used them for a long time and everything was fine
After the Gotterdammerung expansion DLC came out it stopped working
I also dont have all the DLCs
But I dont think that should be a problem because in the past they've worked just fine

Gotcha. Currently, the trainer is #4 in the queue for updating. You can view the queue list by navigating to Upcoming within the WeMod app. If you want to receive a notification once the trainer has completed its update, hit the Notify me button on the trainer within the WeMod app. Also, if you’re a Pro member, you can influence its queue status using Boost.
