Using either trainer standard XCOM2 or XCOM2 WOTC they don't seem to change the amount of supplies. Tried using the instructions from WOTC to make it work with the original XCOM 2 cheat and still nothing. Work around was just to locate a black market and sell excess elerium.

Yes, I tried those with the other trainer to see if it worked that way and it did not.
Supplies were the only resource the trainer didn't work for

That I haven’t done but I did only reinstall it today so no reason to think they might be an issue “yet”
