So firstly the Game doesnt show up even though i have Downloaded it onto my PC from Steam THEN when i add it manually and click "play game" it load only for at the main menu it says "Steam must be Running" Steam IS running i dont have it set to play offline i have followed all suggestions even adding Steam and Contraband to my "allow" list on my Firewall and still these events happen
