hey sorry didn't see this message till right now. I tried everything that the support on the app suggested run as admin, verify install, even completely reinstalling the game and nothing seemed to help. I'm also not the only one, on the forums other Gamepass users are having the same issues as well so I don't think it is anything on my end but I'm more than happy to help with any extra steps you might suggest
