#Incorrect fps count on overlays such as rivatuner in msi afterburner

Hello! Sounds like this isn't something we can fix directly. From what I know, what you're seeing is likely due to how Rivatuner detects and counts frames. While Steam’s FPS counter shows the actual game frame rate, rivatuner might interpret extra activity from WeMod’s injection method as additional frames, causing the reading to double or triple. This doesn’t indicate a real performance drop. It’s just how the overlay interprets the game behavior. We’d recommend relying on the Steam FPS counter for accuracy while using WeMod.
This only happens with your wemod overlay the new one
It doesn’t happen with the Xbox game bar for wemod or not using the overlay at all
As when your alt W overlay stops working the count returns back to accurate
So it’s not actually to do with the moding but your overlay
