xbox overlay removed from the microsoft store

why was this done i just deleted it stupidly to play fallout 76 because it was auto crashing however i use it for all my games the new overlay is no where near the level and as stable as the old
I would just like an answer if i can't get it back then i can't get it back but, I am just curious did it cost too much or something to have on the store?

It is still available to download. You must make sure your game bar is turned on as well.
