Can't Log in - even with correct information

I'm unable to access my account via the app. I can log in on the website just fine, but I can't get into the program itself. It just prompts me with "invalid username/email or password."

Hey bran, have you recently changed your password?

If so give it a couple minutes it may just be delayed. If not verify your accounts email is spelt correctly. If neither of those options work for you and you are unable to recover it please email [e-mail]
